To many people, it may seem like a time to wind down, catch your breath and wait to see what the New Year will bring. For others, it’s a rush to get through a heap of work.
We, at Jeanine Topping and Associates would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your continued support and business throughout this year. We would also like to thank you for your patience, especially when dealing with the SETAs. The changes this year have been exponential and myself and staff are all looking forward to 3 weeks off to recoup and gather our strength for a very exciting 2017! Changes are coming!
For those of you who may have battled to get hold of me in November – my sincere apologies! I had to undergo emergency spinal neck surgery and my recovery has taken longer than anticipated. Thank goodness for my amazing team in Durban and Johannesburg – they really came out tops!
Jeanine Topping and Associates will be closing down for our annual break on THURSDAY 15th DECEMBER 2016, and will re-open for business on MONDAY 9th JANUARY 2017.
To those clients who pay promptly each month for their monthly retainer accreditation support, a huge THANK YOU. We so appreciate your commitment and your understanding of how a business works. May I personally make a special appeal to those clients who are outstanding in their account, to settle promptly! December is a short month, we ask everybody to please settle outstanding amounts by the 17th DECEMBER 2016.
Finally, I wish to thank each one of you for your loyal support throughout the year. It has only been through your support that our Company has grown over the past years, and I do wish to sincerely thank you all. Going forward, I can assure you that our service levels will not be compromised and we will continue to deliver as we have promised. For those who are feeling a little rushed off their feet – pause and take a breath, visualize your goals and remember to remain positive and motivated. When the SETA “stuff” becomes too much – remember all the learners whose lives you are touching by offering them highly professional, credit bearing training programmes. They are the future of our beautiful country!
From myself, Nompilo, Lindsay, Tracey, Nomvula, Granville, Tyron, Gibson and Gladys, we wish you and your family a most blessed and peaceful Christmas and festive season, and a happy and joyous New Year. There are a lot of changes coming and we want to keep you compliant.
