2018 Year End Update

2018 Year End Update

To many people, it may seem like a time to wind down, catch your breath and wait to see what the New Year will bring. For others, it’s a rush to get through a heap of work.

Our team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and business throughout this year. We would also like to thank you for your patience, especially when dealing with the various education industry, SETA, QCTO and DHET changes, which over a period have proven quite frustrating for some. We are optimistic as we look towards the future and hope to see a vast improvement in the quality and service delivery from the sector.

We will be closing for a well-deserved annual break on Thursday the 13th of December 2018 and will re-open for business on Tuesday the 8th of January 2019.

To all our clients, especially our training providers who want us to submit their Applications to the various SETAs and/or QCTO before we close – an urgent appeal – please arrange for your documents to reach us by no later than Friday 7th of December 2018, for us to try and finalise them before we close.

To our future/prospective clients who want to take advantage of our current Accreditation special offers please ensure we receive your payment before Friday the 14th of December 2018 to secure this pricing. We will be implementing a price adjustment from the 1st of January 2019.

To our clients who pay promptly each month, a huge THANK YOU. We so appreciate your commitment and understanding of how a business works. May we make a special appeal to monthly retainer clients to settle promptly on receipt of our invoices! December is a short month, we ask each client with an outstanding balance to please settle by the 20th of December 2018.

Finally, we wish to thank you for your loyal support throughout the year. It has only been through your support that our company has grown over the past 8 years, and we do wish to sincerely thank you.

Going forward, we can assure you that we will continue to deliver as we have promised.
