Having left the safety of permanent employment or facilitating training for another company, many new Skills Development Providers decide to take the plunge and go it alone.
They register their own new training company and, if truly serious about their business, embark on the accreditation journey.
Once accreditation is awarded (and sometimes before then) they sit back, take a breath and realise that they may have skipped a few steps and are overwhelmed with questions.
Our vision is to Capacity Build Training Providers and it is with that in mind that we are launching the JTandA Training Provider’s 3-month Mentoring Programme.

Duration: 3 months – two 2-hour sessions per month.
One of which, will be theory, and the other feedback of practical assignments/homework.
